I wanted to thank you for your fast turn times on your appraisal.  We close approximately 150 loans per month in the Seattle area and have some great appraisers.  Whenever I need to branch out of our normal area, it can be a little scary.  Thank you for easing those fears and being on top of your game. I am the lead reviewer here in Spokane for Wachovia Bank and World Savings Bank and have been involved in the Spokane and CDA Markets for almost 15 years as an appraiser.  I called you a couple of months ago to thank you for the great work.  I am currently reviewing a property you did on Westcrest Road in Colbert and once again the report is really of high quality and whenever I get one of your reports I know it will be accurate, complete and a breeze to review.  So many appraisers in our profession write poor reports and give brokers what they want.  You stand out as a true professional and I am extremely impressed how good your work is and that you are still a trainee.
