This invoice is due and payable upon receipt unless other arrangements have been made. Invoices more than 30 days delinquent will incur a 1.5% per month finance charge. The client agrees to pay Berg Appraisal Services, P.C.’s reasonable attorneys fees and costs for any collection action. It is further agreed that the proper venue for any such action shall be Spokane County, Washington. The client agrees that this contract between the client and Berg Appraisal Services, P.C. will be governed by the laws of the state of Washington.
