Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre
including condos through March 2015 total 1,162 compared to
958 through March 2014.
AVERAGE PRICE UP 4.2%
The average closed price through March 2015 is $182,256
compared to $174,932 through March 2014. *
MEDIAN PRICE UP 6.3%
The median closed price through March 2015 is $168,000
compared to $158,100 through March 2014. *

INVENTORY DOWN
Inventory is down 4.8% compared to March 2014. Current
inventory as of this report is 2,162 properties which is a 4.4
months supply.
NOTE: Months supply based on closed sales for March.
DISTRESSED SALES DOWN
Sales of Distressed homes accounted for 20.3% of sales through
March 2015 compared to 27.5% through March 2014.
